How to request deletion of your data

You can request that Firestarter delete your personal data and account data at any time. This applies whether you use Firestarter directly or connected to it through a third-party login (such as Meta/Facebook).

Option 1: Email us

Send a request to hallo@fire-starter.ai from the email address associated with your account, stating that you want your data deleted. Include your organisation name if you know it.

Option 2: Ask in-app

If you have an active Firestarter account, you can request deletion from within the product by contacting your account admin or Firestarter support, who will submit the deletion request on your behalf.

What happens after you request deletion

• We will confirm receipt of your request within a few business days.
• We will verify your identity as the account owner before proceeding.
• Your personal data and account data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, billing records for tax purposes) or need to retain data for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
• Deletion also removes any data Firestarter has stored from third-party integrations you connected (such as Meta/Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Google, or LinkedIn) as part of providing the Service to you.
