A growth target, and nobody to run the marketing.

You are not going to hire a marketing team for this quarter's target, and the work keeps sliding to whoever has an hour. Start with the two things that have been waiting longest: getting found, and the budget you are already spending.

The same week, run twice.

How it runs now

With Firestarter

01

Who owns it

Whoever has time, between their own work.

With FirestarterNoor owns the content, Felix the spend, Milan the target.

02

What goes out in a week

A post, when someone gets to it.

With FirestarterTwo articles and a newsletter, in your voice.

03

The money already going out

Campaigns running on last year's set-up.

With FirestarterRead every week, and moved to what converts.

04

Your part in it

Writing it yourself, at night.

With FirestarterReading what they propose, and saying yes.

How the work actually runs.

Three scenes out of a normal week. Nothing here runs before you have approved it.

01

Week one: they read what you already have.

Your customer success manager connects your site, your CRM and your ad accounts. Nothing is migrated and nobody technical is needed on your side. By the end of the week the colleagues know your numbers.

The integrations in the Firestarter app’s settings: HubSpot and Gmail, each marked Connected, with the next ones below.

02

From week two: the work arrives written, not as a plan.

No strategy document to approve first. The first articles are drafts you can read, and the first ad proposals come with the numbers under them.

The work waiting on you in the Firestarter app: proposals from Milan, Vera and Felix in one list, each with who proposed it, the project and how long it has been waiting.

03

Every Monday: one page that says whether it is working.

Milan reads the lot against the target you set and hands you a single page: where you stand, where the plan is off, and which colleague should close the gap.

Milan’s weekly commercial report as it arrives: the email in the inbox, and the report itself with the commercial verdict and the week’s results against the week before.

This is what Noor does within Firestarter.

Noor WinterContent marketer

Noor Winter takes the work that has been sliding longest: getting found, in your own voice, week after week. She picks the subjects, writes them, publishes to the site you already have, and reads back what each piece did.

  • Sets your social media strategy: audience, angle and rhythm
  • Posts to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, once you approve
  • Runs your email campaigns and newsletter in Mailchimp
  • Rewrites your website and writes the blog, in your tone of voice
  • Reports what each post, email and page did after it went out
Noor Winter

It works in what you already use.

Your own site, your social accounts and your mailing list. No new platform, and nothing to migrate.

What people ask before they start.

We have no marketer at all. Is that a problem?

No. There is nobody to brief: the colleagues read your own data and come with the work already written. Your part is reading it and saying yes.

How much of my week does this take?

Reading what is waiting for a decision. Most customers do that in one sitting, and your customer success manager takes the set-up off your hands.

Where do we start?

With Milan, who is free. He reads your numbers for a week and tells you which module closes the gap fastest. Usually that is content before ads.

What if we hire a marketer later?

Then they inherit an account that has been running: the subjects, what was published, what each piece did, and the ad history.

Start with Milan. He will tell you who to hire next.

Add Vera, Noor or Felix when the plan asks for them.
